Through coaching, I wanted to get to a place where I could feel more confident in my own expertise and abilities, and where I was seen as a strategic advisor by my leadership team.

Six months on and I’m in a completely different position to when we first started working together. I feel much more confident in my own expertise and decision making capabilities, I’m building on my leadership skills every day and I genuinely feel valued at work.

I worked with Louise to identify my comms “superpowers” i.e. the specific and unique value I am able to offer, and as a result, the outcomes I’m delivering have improved and so have my relationships with management and peers.
